Is it okay to jog if you have a significant amount of floaters in both eyes?
I am wondering if the pounding of pavement is detrimental and may cause more
floaters?

Thanks in advance!

I've had a few for a long time. About 4 years ago I started running, then
racing. My latest race was a 10-miler, usual weekly mileage is 25-30. I
haven't noticed any increase in floaters. I'm not a doc, but I haven't had
a problem.

Pounding the pavement with jogging has been found to be detrimental to
many parts of the body, but you should have your eyes evaluated by a
competent eye doctor to determine if your situation is an indication
of a more serious problem, or just mixing things up a bit.
